Shipping:

All items are shipped from San Francisco, CA. Please allow between 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. 

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. 

All shipping is provided by United States Postal Services (USPS) and will include tracking information once the item has been shipped. 

Returns: 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@blkbyamina.com

What do I do if I received a defective order?

No, you can only use one promotional discount in each individual order.

Yes, all of our products are 100% vegan.

The product I want is sold out, how can I find out when they're back in stock? 

Due to high demand, some of our items sell out very quickly! However, it’s worth checking back as the site is regularly updated. You can also sign up for our newsletter for exclusive deals and updates.
